From frontline service to operational management, she gained hands-on experience in hospitality operations, team development, business performance and leadership.
Her work across Namibia, Germany, Switzerland and Brazil brought experience with many cultures, nationalities and professional backgrounds. Today, she brings operational understanding and a strong people focus together—allowing her to view businesses and individuals from more than one angle.
